Return Process

  Log into your customer account or contact our concierge service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original Pequignet presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is insured.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
